Finca Santa Marta Pacamara Organic Coffee

The Pacamara bean is a hybrid developed in the late 1950?s between the famous Maragogype beans (known for their size) and the Pacas, named after its discoverer Don Alberto Pacas. Pacas is known for its high yield intensity. The size of these Pacamara beans are GINOURMOUS to say the least.
The Pacamara beans come from a special place within Santa Marta known as "El Manguito" ("The Small Mango Tree"). It lies at the highest elevations (4,850 feet) and represents a unique microclimate within the property. This area of just 57 acres (23 hectares) is dedicated to the special Pacamara coffees.
