I am surprised that there has not been another blog post about this recent addition to the roasters here at Roaste, Brown Coffee Co. I know it seems like there is always a new roaster starting to sell here, but thought I would take it upon myself to welcome them because I was very happy to see them here yesturday and have already ordered a bag from them.
On September 11, 2011, THE place to be on Maui is Banyan Tree Park in Lahaina! From 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. there will be lots of fun events going on as part of the Festivals of Aloha Hoolaulea. Things to see and do at this year's event:

We sent on one of Sunshine Helicopters Maui helicopter tours, and totally had a blast. If you've never done this, I HIGHLY recommend that you do. But get this... did you know that you can go on a helicopter tour where the helicopter has NO DOORS?!?! Can you imagine how great those views would look if they weren't obstructed by a door?
