My favorite technique is what I?ve dubbed the modified tap nutation. It combines two simple techniques to get a quick easy and reliable distribution. I expect that it will not work well with cheap grinders, but it works very well with grinders like the Vario, the Super Jolly, and the titan grinders.

"Three Hearts" natural process bulk coffee from Brasil, one of the base roasts of Black Tie, is a simple, super chocolate coffee with hints of caramel, and allspice. It's not a bright and rests well on the tongue.
We are talking about it because people have a mistaken idea about coffee "blends." Most blends are a few really greats that are "cut" with beans of much lesser character. Deep Cello, on the other hand, combines multiple "first-growth" coffees to create excellent roasts that have gotten great reviews on ROASTe!

One coffee I have been eager to try since reading it won a medal in the Best of Oregon coffee tasting is Deep Cello?s Black Tie blend. This is what is in my cup so today is my lucky day!

It might take awhile before it hits your town, but there?s a new coffee treat on the horizon, coming from the Philippines. Actually, it doesn?t have to hit your grocery shelves or ROASTe?s shelves, as you can actually make it yourself from your own coffee grounds. Those who have a background in winemaking have an advantage, but the directions for this newest drink are available on the web. What does winemaking have to do with coffee? The best of both worlds meet in coffee wine.
