Guatemala Tikal is yet another great coffee from one of my favorite coffee producing countries. Pleasantly bright and clean with striking apricot tones, sweet with toffee-like sugars, and all balanced perfectly with the typical Guatemalan smokey chocolate body. If you?re a fan of clean, balanced Cental American coffees than this one is a must try!

The UK?s learning curve about coffee?s exploding growth in popularity brought on by the first and second wave moved exceptionally fast. In the last thirty years Britain?s coffee sophistication has developed such that they now realize they ride the third wave. We might go so far as to call this phenomena the ?geeking? of the UK.

Dark roast fans will not be disappointed with this one. Very smooth and full-bodied, this dark roasted blend also features spice, dark chocolate, and hints of cherry. Whereas the Treehouse Blend with it's lighter roast degree might be considered the "critic's choice", the Twilight has become the "people's choice" amongst our friends and family.
