Papua New Guinea Coffee

This Papua New Guinea is the wild child of the Indonesian coffees. Most Indonesian coffees, particularly Sumatra, are all about earthy boldness. The organic Papua New Guinea we sourced has a lot of that earthy goodness, but also has a big dollop of dark-currant winey-ness on the top note, which gives this single-variety a little bit of a wild side. We roasted this Papua to be great in a French press, drip-over, and also as a stand-alone espresso shot. Sourced from a certified organic farm.
